Nice TV stand. True to color (got the espresso). Fire place and heater both work fine (had it for two days now). Assembly took a few hours—says you need two people (recommended), but I was able to put it together myself and got a good workout in lol. It’s true to size, except the fireplace is more like 16”, the metal perimeter adds the additional 2” on each side. I was very surprised how well this went together, everything was fairly easy and smooth until I got to installing the door hinges. I figured it out though and it looks great. I really like the fire feature, I was afraid it would look fake and tacky but it doesn’t at all. It has a very nice glow and I can’t wait to turn it on during the winter and create some nice ambience in the house. The dresser was on back order but delivered almost a month early from estimated delivery date, which was good. The unit when put together was nice and as advertised, but did have a few scratches on the top and cracked side panel for one of the drawers. As a result dinging the rating 1 star. Currently working with customer resolution to resolve the 2 damaged parts. I also used the service to assemble the unit and satisfied. Highly recommend on any item with a lot of parts to assmeble..
