My kiddo loves it. It is very sturdy with the metal frame. However, the welds and pre-drilled holes are not straight, so we had to force some pieces to fit, and had to bend the metal frame that supports the shelves because it was welded crooked and the shelves weren’t level. Overall, I’m pleased with the outcome of the bed. Assembling the bed is a timely process. The instructions says two persons are required for assembly. Not true. I completed the job by myself, which is likely the reason it took 7-8 hrs to assemble. Attention to details is necessary for assembly there are very few words in the pamphlet so the pictures are your path. The delivery however did require two ppl to lift. This bed took a lot of time to put together, but we are happy with it. However, the remote for the lights doesn’t work very well, so I took off one star. Also, just a note we have an adjustable bed, which fit well into the frame, but it doesn’t work well with the drawers. We thought everything would line up, but it doesn’t, so we are modifying the drawers a bit to make it work. This was actually very simple to put together. I did it 99 by myself. I did have help standing up the head board once I finished that. I feel that it is good quality the metal is sturdy, the boards are thick. I really Like the finish that I was originally very iffy on. I was also able to find matching dressers! Thy are a hair darker but still look nice. I think the whole thing took about 2 hours by myself. Unboxing thought took about and hour and that was crazy haha.
