So I had to knock a star off because I really do love these pillows. I love how soft they are. I love how cooling they are. I do love that their memory foam and they have that shredded memory foam but here’s the problem. They have way too much foam so I didn’t get as much of a factory smell as I thought I would have and I’m not gonna put these out in the blazing hundred degree heat sun that we have had so I put it in front of my air purifier because that way it just pulls the smell directly to it and then put clean air back into my Bedroom, but it has way too much foam so I pulled some of it out and put it in the other pillow, so I just use the other one for my feet or something, but I’m not gonna return them. I still love them. Maybe it’ll take me some time to get used to these, but when I do like kind of push it down and kind of adjust it a little bit. They’re actually pretty comfortable on your back or to the side if you’re sleeping that way, they might be a little bit comfortable but like I said it takes some time getting used to these cause I’m not used to these kinds of pillows from my other bamboo pillow that has kind of SHRINK on me and bamboo got flat however, these are pretty cool pillows, but I’m not gonna return these and go through the hassle, but I’m glad that these pillows exist. because they’re way better than the other pillows I’ve had for a while. Super nice and fluffy pillows, but they're way much bigger than expected. The tag says standard, which is the size I ordered, but they must be mislabeled. I photographed them next to the current pillow and they're much longer. Luckily I have larger pillow case sizes that will fit. I didn't notice a smell and I love that they're machine washable.. These have a nice soft fill that feels snuggly uncomfortable. Unfortunately I searched for a firm, side sleeping, supportive pillow. These are not that. You cannot slide sleep with these pillows. They offer no support and are basically flat with the weight of your hand let alone the weight of your head. I would recommend these for stomach or back sleepers only. They do not have enough fill for decorative pillows either, so I am returning. I also noticed that the stitching on the side of the pillow is coming apart. It’s either a miss-stitch, or a really bad job at closing the seam. There are loose threads and it looks like it would easily come apart. I only opened one of two pillows because I could immediately see it wouldn’t work for me, so this may have been a one off issue. Overall, they might be nice pillows for a back or stomach sleeper. If they edited their product information and removed “side sleeper,” they would have a lot less returns and fewer negative reviews. You can’t be all things to all people.
