The box became damaged during transit. After opening and removing the first layer of the plastic wrap I begin hearing an oozing sound, contrary to me not even opening the standard vacuum wrapped plastic. I love this mattress. When I was shopping for one I knew I wanted something alittle more firm than the one I had been using and this one is perfect. While it did take some time to put together, the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together properly. The storage drawers are one of my favorite features.
