Despite having a few issues with the order, overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The bed arrived with a broken front light cable and one of the front boards was slightly damaged. I contacted customer service, and they helped resolve the issue in less than two days. We glued the damaged board and repaired the light cable ourselves so the lights would work properly. In the end, the bed looks as good as new—you have to look very closely to notice the repairs. The bed is beautiful, has side drawers just like shown in the pictures, and it was not difficult to assemble. Despite the initial issues, I am happy with the final result and would recommend it.. Looks amazing, was pretty easy to put together with just myself (39 male). A lot of reviewers said some holes didn’t line up but I can see why they would say that, you have to make sure to compress some pieces together and move some around slightly and take your time. I read reviews and was pretty intimidated when I started building, but everything went well. I had all of the correct parts, and I found the directions clear. This was actually very simple to put together. I did it 99 by myself. I did have help standing up the head board once I finished that. Thy are a hair darker but still look nice. I think the whole thing took about 2 hours by myself. Unboxing thought took about and hour and that was crazy haha. The new shipment did arrive with all the parts, but we also noticed some chipping and damage on the side. At that point, we decided to keep it because we were tired of going back and forth. I am extremely happy with this bed frame! It arrived well-packaged and all of the parts were clearly labeled, which made assembly much easier than I expected. While it did take some time to put together, the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together properly. The storage drawers are one of my favorite features. They slide smoothly and provide a surprising amount of extra storage space for blankets, sheets, seasonal clothing, and other items that would normally clutter up a bedroom. The built-in headboard shelving is also incredibly convenient for keeping everyday essentials within reach. The LED lighting adds a nice modern touch and creates a cozy atmosphere in the room, especially in the evenings. I also love the built-in charging station, which helps keep cords organized and makes charging devices overnight much more convenient. The frame feels sturdy and well-made once assembled, with no squeaking or wobbling. The dark wood finish looks even better in person and gives the room a clean, modern look.
