I didnt use these as they were intended. I have a long shelf in my pottery studio that needed a bumper rail of sorts. Attaching them to the top of the shelf and using a dowl or pvc pipe (I havent decided yet) to keep items on the shelf. This works great. My shelf brackets and clock are also from Wayfair.
