I’ve only had this mattress for a short time, but so far I’m pleasant. It’s not too soft and not too firm — the balance feels just right. Soft and firm at the same time. I got this for my daughter to go with her new twin canopy bed (still being assembled). Its firm enough to offer back and body support, yet the top part is a pillow top-- like people often add on for the softness, but this one is just part of the mattress.
