First, let me begin this review by speaking about the presentation of this product upon opening. I was quite impressed and can't say I have ever seen this before with pillows. The company was quite thoughtful. I felt like I was unwrapping a gift with tissue paper and a sticker. Next, I was met with a card including pictures and step-by-step instructions on fluffing the pillows following transportation. There was also a scented tag enclosed in the box. Thirdly, there was a dark blue envelope with the Brand's story and an After Sales Card. WOW!!! I followed the instructions and was able to see my pillows come to life. I was really curious how the hybrid down and polyester was going to work. I just hand fluffed these up, but you can put them in the dryer too. They were vacuumed packed. So as far as I can tell, the goose down is in the middle of the pillow, with the polyester on the outsides. They are really soft like alternative down pillows, but they are squishy like down pillows, which is what I like. I got the queen size. They have a nice trim on them and the cover is nice quality.
