Beautyrest Pressuresmart 20 Box Spring Foundation

This heavy-duty box spring delivers a clean, practical design to provide a reliable foundation for your mattress setup. It features a steel interior framework that helps prevent sagging and wear over time, extending the useful life of your sleep surface. The clean-lined profile is wrapped in a fabric cover, creating a neutral backdrop that coordinates easily with your choice of bedding. It easily rests inside your existing bed frame to help distribute weight evenly across the base while minimizing motion transfer. Plus, its folding design makes it easy to move through tight hallways or store away when it's not needed.

Perfect for my 14” tall mattress that I also received from Wayfair! Previously, I ordered an extremely expensive mattress and was so disappointed with it, but already had the bedtime that needed height-so this was a perfect addition! It took 30 seconds to unfold, set in the frame, and zip up the cover. It’s super heavy duty and my heavy mattress doesn’t sag at all. I would certainly recommend this product if your mattress needs support and a little boost!. Crystal. Springfield, IL. Wed Oct 14 2026

I bought this because my mattress needed to be a little higher to be even with my nightstands. I live alone, and it looked like I might be able to deal with these folding foundations on my own. The box they were delivered in was a bit heavy and awkward to get into the house (I wish all large boxes had handles punched into them), but once I did, it was easy enough to maneuver the foundations into place under my existing mattress. Another plus is that they lift the mattress above a one inch lip around the bed's platform, making it quite a bit easier to put clean sheets on. So far, they don't make any noise and solved all the problems I was hoping to solve.. Elaine. Cincinnati, OH. Thu Sep 03 2026

Ideal for bedrooms or guest rooms, it supports your mattress without the need for a box spring. Plus, the slatted design promotes airflow to help keep your mattress fresh.

This mattress foundation was boxed nicely, easy to install, and appears to be very sturdy. Would order it again! Waiting for our mattress to arrive and then we will have our guest room ready to use.. Shelley. Lewisberry, PA. Fri Oct 09 2026

Use any mattress 9” in height and up with 14” total height and a generous 12” under-bed clearance for storage. Easy, quick-snap assembly—no tools required.

A great buy! And the low level is a real benefit for my husband, who, in his 90s, has very stiff joints that make it hard to get in and out of a high bed. Also good in case of a fall. This product is designed to provide excellent support under any mattress. It ships in a compact box and can be easily assembled in minutes — without any tools! Unlike traditional box springs, our foundation can be broken down quickly if you’re moving or need to maneuver around tight corners. A Casper Foundation ensures that mattresses, sleep as they should. Some older box springs or foundations don’t provide a solid surface, causing mattresses to sag from the support breaks. Our Casper Foundations slats are positioned a perfect four inches apart for optimal support. A strong and level foundation helps mattresses perform at their peak for a decade or more, no matter what kind of bed frame they sit on. Casper Foundations and mattresses are the perfect pair. We spent over a year developing the Casper Foundations, so its design has the same considerations as our mattresses.

Easy to put together. Very sturdy. There are screws heads in the bed frame in 3 places down the middle of the frame and the center piece of the foundation sits on the screw heads. So it doesn’t fit flat on the frame. Either the makers of the bed or the foundation need to accommodate this space for the screw heads. I coved the foundation with a fitted sheet since it only comes in one dark color.. Doug. Erie, MI. Wed Jun 24 2026

Great mattress! I have chronic back pain due to scoliosis. I initially purchased a dreamcloud firm mattress and it felt too soft. Swapped it for this one and I couldn’t be happier!
