Bought this for the primary bedroom. It is a little higher than I expected with my bed frame, but not so much that I need a ladder or step stool to get in bed. I wanted a mattress that was somewhat firm but had a pillow top. I found this. So far, and it has been a month, I love it. Nothing aches when I get up in the morning. Down-perfect pillows are the perfect combination of support and softness! This is a 3-chamber pillow, containing goose feathers and down. The majority of the fill (about 90% of the total fill weight) is the goose feather, which is in the center chamber. The feather core provides great, resilient support due to the feather quills. The outer chambers are filled with 575 loft goose down, which creates a soft buffer against the feather. Medium support is a moderately filled, fairly supportive pillow that works well for the front, back, side, and combination sleepers - it's a crowd-pleaser!
