After having to return 2 seats because the description was missing a key factor, Wayfair had photos that showed exactly what I was ordering. There are only 2 things that I wish I could change, but I ordered it knowing what I was getting, and I got exactly what I expected, so that's not a Wayfair or product issue. But if my opinion counts, I like the photo, but would like to choose a different seat color. And, I've gotten used to soft close seats, and that would be a good option as well. Mounting instructions: Remove the old seat, and use penetrating oil on old hinge nuts if necessary. Insert threaded bolts through top mount hinges, attaching flat-side-up washers. Place the new seat on the bowl and insert bolts into pre-drilled holes. From beneath the bowl, secure the bolts with nuts. Hold the nuts with your hand and tighten each bolt with a screwdriver until the seat is secure. Avoid over-tightening to prevent bowel damage. Close and lock the hinge cover in place. Periodically check and re-tighten the nuts as needed.

This toilet seat is well worth the money more. It is made very well, sturdy comfortable. I originally ordered one from a local store it can’t compare.
