Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. I ordered this item and I love it! It was easier to assemble than I thought and it looks great. I love the 2 styles of side burner (sear burner and regular burner) and the grill looks amazing. I look forward to having a gathering and using all the features. The sink is nice, the storage and large castors are great aspects.
