Really a nice light fixture. Installation was straight forward even though the instructions were absolutely worthless. Some reviews stated that the installation was difficult, aI think they probably were confused by the terminal block used to connect the wiring. They were the screw-down type and really not all that common in the US. But, that's why Google is your friend! The fixture is quite light, l prefit everything first then removed the shade for the wiring- add the shade last. I was able to complete the job without any assistance. It can absolutely be a one person job. The only difficulty was with the decorative nuts for the mounting bolts; the bolts could be a little longer in my opinion. This Tiffany chandelier arrived quickly. It was well packed against the abuses of shipping. It is beautiful and true to the color on-line. I cannot wait until my renovation is ready for this lamp to be hung. Update: The chandelier looks beautiful hanging above my dining room table (that just got moved out so the floor can be refinished). At night, it gives good light that can be dimmed and that has a faint green tinge. UPDATE: We hung this today and my rating has gone to 7 stars out of 5. The color is greener than in the picture.
