The bed is really pretty, sturdy, solid wood, but it’s a few things that prevent me from giving 5 stars. No instructions, took some time to find them online. The headfootboardsside rails don’t perfectly line up, which bothers the perfectionist in me. Not enough screws included to screw in both sides of each slat, had to do every other. I love this bed. It shipped very fast, arrived in about 5 days. I was nervous because there weren’t any reviews but turned out great. All pieces were free of damage or cracks. I’m really pleased with the quality. It feels VERY solid. No creaks or noises anywhere. Everything fit together perfectly and the instructions were clear. My one and only con is with the panels, the silver bolts kinda stand out and the sticker that it comes with to cover them, doesn’t match the color of the wood- Brown sharpie should do the trick. The bed itself is beautiful and looks great in my guest bedroom—it feels solid and well-made, which is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. Unfortunately, everything else went downhill from there. As is often the case with Wayfair, the item arrived damaged. The wood had visible dings, screws were missing, and the shipment came in two boxes delivered on separate days, which delayed assembly.
