The Verde Set of 2 Oval Mini Baker set pairs two lidded oval dishes in saturated Mediterranean olive-green stoneware. Each baker measures 8 by 4 by 3.75 inches with a 14oz capacity, finished with side handles and a knob finial atop the fitted lid — clean trattoria lines drawn from southern Italian rustic kitchen tradition. The oval is the classic shape of Italian uova al tegamino, baked eggs in butter or olive oil with prosciutto, asparagus tips, shaved truffle, fresh tomato, or melted taleggio, served bubbling with crusty bread. The 14oz capacity also handles vegetable contorni — gratinéed cardoons, baked fennel, roasted radicchio with balsamic, eggplant caponata, broccoli rabe gratin. The green glaze flatters golden cheeses (pecorino, parmigiano, taleggio) finished under the broiler. Crafted from durable stoneware, dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. The matching pair invites a two-person aperitivo ritual.

The Verde Set of 2 Round Mini Baker set carries Italian regional pottery tradition into modern single-serve cooking. Each lidded baker measures 6.5 by 5 by 3.75 inches with a 16oz capacity, finished in a rich Mediterranean olive-green glaze with side handles and a knob finial atop the fitted lid. The round shape is the dedicated vessel of Italian risotto al forno — risotto finished in the oven with mozzarella, parmesan, and breadcrumbs that caramelize into a golden crust. Mushroom, saffron, beet, and asparagus risotto all finish perfectly in the 16oz capacity. Beyond risotto, the round form handles baked polenta with gorgonzola, gnocchi al forno, individual pasticcio, oven-baked arancini in tomato-basil sauce, and small regional starters. The verde glaze evokes the painted ceramics of Deruta and Vietri sul Mare. Crafted from durable stoneware, dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe from slow risotto finishing through broiled cheese caps.

Two ceramic bakers are always better than one when you have the Rachael Ray Ceramics 1.25-Quart and 2.25-Quart Bubble & Brown Oval Baker Set in the home kitchen. Prepare tasty and easy casseroles in the larger baker and sweet fruit crumbles and other desserts in the second for a complete and delicious meal that easily goes from oven to table. These bakers are an extension of the bold, clever style Rachael Ray has already brought to cookware and dinnerware: bright colors, unique shapes, and durable materials in versatile pieces that everyone will appreciate. Both oval bakers boast sturdy stoneware construction with bold colors inside and out, and they are safe for use in the microwave, freezer, and oven up to 500°F. And to make cleaning up a cinch, they go right in the dishwasher. The wide baking dish handles flare up and out to offer a confident grip when pulling dishes out of the oven, and the vibrant color is great for coordinating with many other Rachael Ray kitchen pieces. Bake casseroles and desserts with twice the fun with the Rachael Ray Ceramics 1.25-Quart and 2.25-Quart Bubble & Brown Oval Baker Set.

Ideal for professional and home use, it transitions from freezer to oven, oven to table, and table to dishwasher with ease. It's nice, but on the plain side. I thought it was to have a fluted edge, but not. However, when I think about it now, that would only be an anesthetic plus. It's got a good, sturdy feel to it. I got the dark green color, it looks nice.. Mike. Bend, OR. Thu Sep 10 2026
