I received 2 lamps instead of one (my error). I sent one lamp back to Wayfair via UPS. The UPS store told me to call Wayfair so that I would receive a refund. I called the Customer Service number and a man from (maybe) India who kept me on the phone for an hour trying to determine where the refund s/b assigned. This lamp is cute, and it was easy to set up. The power button is on one side, and the charging port is on the other side. I wish they were on the same side so you could hide the button.
