I reviewed a similar zen fountain but the sentiment is the same, I LOVE it. This is such a cool design, the led lights and the glass balls that spin so fast in the current are spectacular. I added a lot more rocks than provided which added to the coolness. One thing I figured out, once together, add the rocks. You then should never have to separate those two pieces. Update: I moved the product in more of an open area where the buzz sound isn't so prevalent. I find that our guests are mesmerized by it! It's a great conversation piece. I added a star for that from my original review Previous review: I wanted to really like this, however, the sound the motor makes may be relaxing to others, but the buzz is not relaxing to my ears and more of an irritant. Maybe it is soothing to others. The concrete square doesn’t fit down in the platform so I may turn the platform over, but then worry of the piece gets knocked that the water will go everywhere. This Buddha statue is very cute. It was smaller than I expected but still nice. It was ready to use out of the box. I had to add water and the pump and it started working with not issues. I LOVE this little zen fountain. If I have one negative it’s the green pot that the plant goes in but that can easily be covered with some moss or rocks which will only make it look cooler. This indoor desktop fountain has the same texture as the stone wall, a sense of solemnity and Zen. Size: 21x16.5x24cm (8.3x6.5x9.4). The study and desk are the best places for this desktop fountain.

Three stars. The product arrived intact and the resin construction looks decent on the counter, but it falls short on the experience side and the documentation presentation. The assembly instructions need a rewrite. The diagrams are too small to read clearly, the translation is rough, and it isn't obvious which cable is the pump and which is the LED. I had to pull in a household member to help interpret the pictures — not what I expect from a three-step assembly. The LED is described as ambient, but it's a single directional beam that lights up one rock rather than the whole basin as depicted in the website picture. A diffused or multi-point LED would deliver what the listing actually promises. The water flow is somewhat weak to produce an actual soothing sound. Across all three tiers it's a thin dribble that sounds more like a slow faucet leak than a waterfall. A stronger pump — or even an adjustable one — would make a real difference.
