Battery Operated Wind Spinner Motor

Embrace the kinetic energy of our abstract metal garden sculpture. This handcrafted piece, designed with captivating movement, adds a touch of artistry and whimsy as it dances in the wind.

We bought this a couple of years ago and it’s still working like a charm in our high wind back yard. Absolutely love watching it turn in the wind. The top turns more frequently than the bottom and the wind has to get pretty high to turn the bottom.. Windi. Lafayette, CO. Fri May 29 2026

This balloon spinner is a beautiful addition to my outdoor décor, but there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The colors are vibrant during the day, but I’ve noticed that the orange spinner consistently illuminates darker than the purple and green ones (I own five total). I believe this is due to the deeper orange and purple tones. It's important to be aware of this if you order more than one color. One important detail Wayfair should mention is that this is an adjustable wind spinner. The pole comes in three screw‑together sections, allowing you to choose the full height or a shorter setup using only two sections. I wish I had known this earlier — I initially avoided these and bought the hanging balloon spinners instead because I thought the wind spinners came in only one height. I purchased two of these, and unfortunately, the batteries in both did not work. Be prepared to buy rechargeable replacements right away. I learned this the hard way after charging the original battery for eight hours and getting zero illumination that night. Lastly, this orange spinner is actually a replacement for the first one I received, which arrived with several cosmetic issues such as chipped and missing paint. It looked like an open‑box return, even though I paid full price. Wayfair really needs stronger quality control. I’d hate for the item I returned to be sent to someone else and cause the same disappointment.. Deanna. Wisconsin. Mon Jun 15 2026

This spectrum spinner motor was created to best showcase the line of spectrum spinners for retail display. The motor is on a timer that spins for 2 seconds and then is off for 58 seconds. Requires 3 AA batteries, not included. The motor has an easy to use on/off switch.

I would have given it 5 stars. Not pleased with the on and off rotation on the timer function. Looks nice on my deck blends in with my flowers. . Karen. Bedford, OH. Wed Jun 10 2020

Very attractive in our Backyard Garden. Adds to the Magic that it is. The glow at night is enchanting. Perfect for your home and garden!

I like the sun faced garden art windmill. Sometimes it's rotated so it doesn't face the direction I want it though. Don't know if there's s way to lock it's position.. Sbartee. NM. Sun Sep 06 2026

An abstract silhouette and triple twister design allow this garden rotator to bring a sense of movement to your front lawn or backyard. It’s crafted from metal with a weather-resistant finish, ensuring it stands up to outdoor exposure through the changing seasons. The three independent crescents are designed to catch the breeze, creating a rotating motion that acts as a lively focal point among your greenery. Finished in a metallic hue, this single garden accent blends easily with your existing natural surroundings. Plus, the integrated stake base makes it simple to secure into the soil for immediate display.

It’s very well made and solid. It’s large and beautiful. However, the top portion (3 spinner elements) are fixed to the angle you put it in the ground. The cheaper ones rotate to catch the wind from different directions, so it’s disappointing this one doesn’t. Still a solid 4 star.. Jeffrey. Steamboat, CO. Fri Apr 10 2026

Solar Metal Wind Spinner with ColorChanging LED Light, Leaf Wind Sculpture Garden Stake for Yard & Backyard Landscape Decor

This looks so pretty in the garden. I didnt give it the full five stars due to small print on the instructions and not being able to open the battery part on the light globe. There are no instructions other than a simplistic picture telling you to remove the base piece from the globe, but there is no way that didnt feel like I was risking breaking the globe. It works for now. Be sure to let ir charge up for a full day in the sub prior to expecting it to light up. The colors change from red to green to blue when lit. There is a tab to turn off the lighting option. I have never had one of these before, so Im not sure if this is standard for this type of product, but the top part does not screw into the pole. It is more on a swivel. If you want a shorter pole, you could leave whatever piece(s) you want out.. Sara. West Texas. Mon Oct 19 2026

The light-weight design spins 360 degrees in the wind and is perfect for your yard year round with its weather-resistant metal design. It also features an h-base for easy placement in your garden.

People have commented on it. The pole needs to be sturdier because the weight of the spinner seems to bend the pole at the bottom. (I anchored it to a piece of rebar.). Mona. Belleville, PA. Sat Aug 23 2025
