This panel works perfectly in our guest bathroom. I had a general contractor install it, and he installed it alone in about 30 minutes. The panel has great thickness and covers a good portion of the tub. I imagine there will be a little splash from the shower, but it’s worth it considering how you can see the beautiful tile surround as it is no longer hiding behind a shower curtain. Aside from shipping issues these tiles are great. They are strong and forgiving of less than desirable walls. Watch the videos and do exactly as they say and installation with be quick and smooth. I used these for my bathtub surround and being 68 doing it alone I was able to do it all myself. I did it in two days mostly because I was hesitant about doing it around the water lines. my plumbing hadn't been touched since at least the 50s and had longer bigger pipes than today. Cutting and drilling out the holes was never a problem. I will say though using a utility knife for anything other than trimming edges is difficult. Luckily I had a small table saw that worked great. Item arrived and is just as described. It wasn’t too bad to install with two of us. We don’t love the functionality, as it does not keep water off of the floor in the bathroom during a shower.
