These are heavier and sturdier than I expected them to be. I have not installed them yet, but the video makes it look simple. It was nice having it all in a kit. Aside from shipping issues these tiles are great. They are strong and forgiving of less than desirable walls. Watch the videos and do exactly as they say and installation with be quick and smooth. I used these for my bathtub surround and being 68 doing it alone I was able to do it all myself. I did it in two days mostly because I was hesitant about doing it around the water lines. my plumbing hadn't been touched since at least the 50s and had longer bigger pipes than today. Cutting and drilling out the holes was never a problem. I will say though using a utility knife for anything other than trimming edges is difficult. Luckily I had a small table saw that worked great. This shower system is exactly as pictured and really pretty in person. The finish is perfect, not too yellow or brassy, and looks so elevated. The handheld sprayer feels lightweight and plastic, but it still looks great and the rest of the parts seem like nice heavy duty brass with some interior plastic parts.
