Good quality shades, very easy to install, and they do block out all light except what comes in around the edges. They recommended adding 1/2" for proper clearance, the width of my window was 22 1/4", and I didn't want a large gap on the sides of the shade since it was for a bathroom window, so I took a chance and ordered 1/4" larger at 22 1/2", it worked out perfectly, the shade fit the space exactly.. The adjustable shower curtain rod extends from 32" to 94", giving you flexible coverage for standard shower areas and wider openings. Whether you need a compact tension shower curtain rod for a small bathroom or an extra long shower curtain rod for a larger space, this rod is made to fit a variety of layouts. It is a practical no drill shower curtain rod for apartments, rental homes, college dorms, guest bathrooms, and temporary spaces.

Used this tension rod to hang a fairly hefty curtain outside to hide the grill and other misc stuff. It’s been months and it’s still there and we’ve had some strong winds come through. You do need to add pieces to the rod to get the full size, then the last piece has the tension part. For the price it works. I do own more expensive rods for large areas that are one solid piece. I’d say this is good for a window or area where you will not be constantly moving the curtain like a door. Not flimsy but not the strongest out there.. Dayna. Tucson, AZ. Thu May 28 2026
