If you’re a DIY-ER you can handle this because you have to assemble the ENTIRE thing yourself(minus countertop) Quality of material is not great at all and very SHORT shallow 2” tall drawers(that you build yourself) (sink is made of just a thick large tile material so needs to be handled with care and no directions as to best secure sink to base but liquid nails are the route we’re using) but I was looking for a reasonably priced vanity that had drawers and a striking sink and countertop so I got what I paid for and fit my lower budget needs. If you have a tiny bathroom and don’t need much storage this is nice but if you want a higher quality piece look elsewhere. Really high quality for the price! It is HARD to find a wood vanity that is all wood, most have mdf doors. This one (black) is all wood and is solid! It came packed very securely, the sink top was pristine, and delivery had great communications enabling me to be home when it arrived, even though I did not need to be. The sink top is thicker which gives it a really elevated look. Time will tell if the finish will hold up. The instructions to install it are a joke, though - thank goodness my handy husband was able to do so safely and securely. Tip - since you get to decide how high to place it on the wall, you need to be aware of where the back opening of the cabinet is. If it is a new installation, get your plumber to help you figure this out. Great Vanity for the Price I’m very pleased with this vanity overall. Assembly was fairly easy, and once it was put together, the final installation was straightforward and went smoothly. The vanity feels like a good value for the money and looks like a solid choice for a bathroom update. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the instructions.
