2nd time purchasing, 1st time assembling. Small corner of backboard was chipped. Instructions are tricky at times to figure out, and there is a bonus piece (10) missing from the instructions (seems they revised the design, but failed to include that in the instructions) I discovered after it was too late to fix it. The wall anchors included with the kit were way too small for the screws they were meant for- luckily I had extras on hand. If I didn't already have this product installed by a contractor, I would have struggled more through the assembly, and I'm usually someone who generally finds them easy.. Christine.
