Our bathroom is going under Reno’s so I took out of box 2 days after delivery. The contractor installed it and took the film off. Right away I noticed a small crack in the beveled edge. So I went to Wayfair website to report issue and within seconds after filling out info they said for me to get rid of it donate the damaged one and they were sending new on one in 2 days. I absolutely love love love this mirror! The Gold frame is made nicely made and is really nice looking. The mirror is heavy and there's no distortion in the mirror itself. It's pretty heavy and you will have to make sure you use the proper nails to hang it up. It looks much nicer in person. But again Wayfair did a wonderful job and the price point is excellent!
