This is newly installed so I'm hoping it's durable. It's really pretty and works well with the lights pointing upward too. We have a surface mount medicine cabinet so our only option was to mount this fixture with lights up. It looks great and our contractor had it installed in minutes. Fairly easy to put together. Wire protector on one side split open which isn’t a big deal, was still able to put the bar together and do not foresee being a hazard. It is a nice, simple light fixture. I could not install yet because it would require me to paint my wall since fixture this is replacing has a long base.
