The drawers aren’t truly soft close, but that’s fine. The amount of storage is just right for our purposes—allowing us to store towels on the bottom shelf is key. We love it. Would have given it a 5 star rating except that the unit was shipped with the top attached in the box so it made it very heavy to install and difficult to fit into a 73" niche where the vanity is located. So beautiful and elegant. The marble top appears to be high quality and is uniform in the veining. The form and details on the piece are really exquisite. Extremely well packaged. It arrived in perfect condition. It is quite heavy and cannot be moved without some muscle but that also makes it feel substantial. Update: Although this is a beautiful vanity, upon installation it became obvious that one of the sinks was install backwards. This is an incredible problem because now I need to somehow reengineer the vanity as well as have the installation reversed and recall the plumber to reinstall once the sink is corrected. For this price, I would expect better quality control. The reality of renovation is that items are purchased and await installation and only upon installation can you see all the flaws. I am well out of the return period. UPDATE: Wayfair and the manufacturer provided a reasonable refund. The vanity is gorgeous otherwise and I did not want to return. The money doesn't cover the hassle factor or the full costs with the plumbing and handyman charges but I am satisfied. I love the modern look and floating style. The instructions were subpar, omitting written language in favor of images, arrows, and numbers on the cabinet base instructions. I’m handy with tools and was able to modify a few things to make it work. Firstly, pieces 4-8 have an end with larger holes. These holes go against pieces 1 and 2. I wish the instructions had said that! Second, the hangers did not work in the ore-drilled hole location. I had to move them toward the front of the cabinet and loosen the hanger before screwing them to the cabinet. That was the only way to get the cabinet pulled in close to the wall. Third, I wanted the unit mounted to studs so I added a couple holes in the top strap where the studs were. I hate drywall anchors, especially the cheap ones included in the kit. If you’re going to use drywall anchors, you’re better off using the screw-in type or toggles. Lastly, FYI the drain pipe kit that comes with the sink is 1-1/4” flexible pipe.. Hallie. Raleigh, NC.
