We like the sofa, overall. However, when it was delivered, we unwrapped it and discovered a dirty hand print on the back of the couch and saw that some of the cushions also were dirty. The back seems the be defective in that 23 of it is filled with a backing but the last section isn’t. We called Wayfair because it also lacked pilot holes that were supposed to be on the bottom in each corner to put the feet on. We were given a discount because of all the issues, which was nice. For the price, its a good couch. My husband was able to put it together himself, he said it was very tedious though. The seat cushions are truly pillow top - they look like a pillow was attached to a foam cushion (not saying thats a bad thing, just giving a visual). All in all it will do the job, though Im dont think I would recommend it to someone looking for a luxury couch. Beautiful couch, and very well-made. I’d agree with other reviews that say it’s a little firm, but I expect it to soften up with use. It’s a great height and the depth is good.
