Update to original review. Wayfair took care of the issue immediately, and better than I expected. We now have a lateral file cabinet that has drawers that pull out easily, and no split wood on the front of the cabinet. No more struggling to get a drawer open. Thank you Wayfair! The top drawer is very difficult to pull out. The bottom drawers pulls out fine. I tried spraying silicone on the extension brackets on the side of the drawer, but it did not help. When I looked closer there is a small split in the wood that I am hoping their furniture doctor can fix. This piece of furniture for a $1000 was not worth the money considering the quality.. Debra.
