This was fairly easy to assemble. It took me about four hours with some help. All the parts were in the box and everything fit very well. It does help to have two sawhorses to put it up onto work on it and to have a second person to help hold the item in certain positions so you can move metal pieces to get holes aligned to put the bolts in. Item arrived in good time however the packaging was fairly damaged (see photo) we were concerned there would be missing pieces or broken pieces. luckily, the product was intact and in good condition with all pieces included. VERY heavy duty basketball hoop. It gets to a full 10 feet and has plenty of options for height preferences. It was no easy build and absolutely needs two adults but we live in a very windy area and once we filled the bottom of the hoop base it has been very sturdy and great for our yard!. Autumn.
