Love this bench. It’s heavy and durable. I did spray the fabric with scotch guard spray due to concern that the fabric will stain easily. Had it two days and it’s already dirty- hoping it cleans easily. Easy to build. There are velcroed storage bins inside which can be removed easily for larger item storage. Very nice feature c. Toni. The seat is hand-tied rush and the seat divider makes this the perfect "time out" bench when there are cries from the children. Serviceable in an entryway, this bench would also be a happy tableside or at the foot of your bed.

This bench was a very pleasant surprise. I wanted the William Yeoward, Jonathan Charles bench but at $1,900 I decided I would 'settle' for the Emmalee bench instead. I was SHOCKED to see its gorgeous quality and that it is identical to the more expensive one. The color I got says "natural" but as you can see in my photos it is not that; instead it is a beautiful brownish gray, much dressier than a natural finish. The size is identical to the more expensive one, and the construction is substantial, sturdy and very high quality. The cane seating is thick and sturdy. Do not hesitate to purchase this beautiful bench for less than half the price of the Jonathan Charles!. Shannon. Mclean, VA. Mon Jun 08 2026
