The cabinets in the new kitchen are quite tall, so a new step stool was needed. There is a narrow space that's perfect for storing the stool. The listing on Wayfair showed the dimensions of the stool while open, but not when folded for storage. I ordered the red folding ladder. I really like it. I love the fact that when I stand on the top step, I have something to brace my legs against. I think this is an important safety feature.
