I was a little nervous about how much manufactured materials are in it, but it's quite a solid, smooth and pretty table. Wasn't hard to get the skirt and legs on. Unboxing it and disposing of all the packaging was more work than getting it together. Couple of tips - get a hex drill bit (most common furniture size) and ratcheting screwdriver. It'll take forever with the tiny allen wrench supplied. Also, the screws can be hard to because of the way they're installed. Great set! Assembly was relatively straightforward however, attaching the legs can be challenging as the piece weighs over 500 pounds. This pool table has been a fantastic addition to our vacation rental and is absolutely worth the investment. It arrived on a very large pallet and was a bit challenging to unpack, but all of the packaging clearly did its job and everything inside was well protected. Be prepared for a lot of packaging to dispose of. Assembly required two to three people, but once set up the table was perfectly leveled right out of the gate. The felt is in great condition and plays beautifully, making it ideal for renters, families, and casual games. We especially love the versatility. The option to convert it to a ping pong table, and then flip it again for a poker or puzzle table, has been a huge hit. It’s functional, sturdy, and adds so much value and fun to the space. Table LOOKS fantastic, and was mostly easy to assemble, however the legs fought with me every step of the way on 2 of them, as no matter what the threading just wouldn't line up, and it made it near impossible to fully put the main bolts in. I got it eventually, but I really feel like it shouldn't have been that difficult. I've assembled a LOT of furniture in my life, and this one while easy in concept was really difficult due to alignment and threading issues. As others have pointed out, it's not as dark as it appears in the photos, but it still looks really good, and seems pretty sturdy once assembled. The flip top feature is really cool, but be aware there is a small amount of "play" and it never sits completely stable, and pressing on one side or the other has the tiniest bit of give and you can hear the locking mechanisms clicking when you do so.
