Barrett Printed Wool Rug

Magical, colorful works of art for your floor! These hand-knotted collections have a refinement, a specialness, which can only be created by hand. Every stage of this ancient art is carried out by an artisan, from carding and spinning the wool to individually tying each knot. These hand-knotted rugs are woven on traditional looms and, once complete, are hand washed twice, and rinsed up to 18 times.

Light and airy tones of powder blue and ivory offer a graceful aspect to intricate Art Deco motifs. Beautifully framed in a narrow, floral border for a hint of modern styling. Hand-tufted using pure mountain wool in a micro-loop weave for a thick cushioned feel underfoot.

This rug is beautiful, and the colors are accurately pictured (midnight blue, slate blue, grey, brick red, pale peach, mossy light green, etc). It is well made with a durable coarse wool and very tight weave that should do well in any high traffic areas. It is thinner than most hand-knotted wool rugs and coarse to the touch but not uncomfortable under foot. We have it in our dining room, and it’s perfect. Definitely a statement piece.. Natalee. Argyle, TX. Sun May 10 2026

Absolutely love the colors and the weave. Linda. Wilmington, NC. Mon Sep 01 2025

The Mythic Wool and Cotton Rug is a standout style. Featuring a Nordic-inspired motif, it possesses a mysterious, almost runic quality that hearkens back to a time filled with folklore and magic. Its muted tones and distressed design give it a lived-in, heirloom feel, too. And thanks to its handcrafted, wool and cotton construction, it’s as soft as it is beautiful.

Perfect size for our living room, and while the design is printed (rather than woven into the rug), it's high-quality. It's also very sturdy and pretty thick, which is ideal for us with two dogs. We love it!. Blair. Gastonia, NC. Sun Sep 20 2026

The rug is good quality and pretty The color, however, varies a lot from the product photos. I expected the colors to be deeper. It has lovely sage and olive green. Instead of what was described as “clay” it is more of a salmon pink blend. Instead of a rich dark slate blue, it is a lighter and medium blue blend. We are going to keep it, but the overall look is more pastel than we wanted.. Sandra. Cameron Park, CA. Thu Jul 02 2026

Elegant floral patterns drift across a slate-gray ground touched with teal and soft neutrals, echoing the charm of classic Oushak textiles.

Colors are true to picture and perfect in my entry way. The pile height is not .5 inch as described but still okay. The loop is not what I expect from an expensive wool rug, but it will since the coloris just right i will keep it. .. Calliehart. Willow Park, TX. Fri Aug 21 2026

This area rug adds a softly patterned foundation with a hand-tufted wool construction. Its repeating geometric motifs create an abstract arrangement across the surface, with intentionally softened edges giving the pattern a layered appearance. Taupe, beige, gray, and ivory tones blend throughout the design for subtle contrast without bold color shifts. The wool pile adds natural texture underfoot while helping define the varied shapes across the rectangular profile. A rug pad is recommended to prevent slipping and provide extra cushioning. Plus, the tonal palette highlights the pattern while maintaining a balanced appearance.

Beautiful and well made wool rug. Like the some of other reviews, our rug color was slightly different than the photo. The gray accents are more of a taupe or medium brown. Still beautiful and works for our space. You will have to vacuum this rug a lot because it sheds like crazy. Seems to be getting better over time.. Ashley. Medford, OR. Sun Sep 27 2026

The rug is perfect!! In the picture is looked like it had some blue but in person is more of a slate. It worked perfectly for what I was looking for. The quality is great. Thick and soft. You’ll not be disappointed in this rug.. Melissa. Sat Sep 19 2026
