Seriously disappointed. Biggest issue I have is the door doesn't close. The top, bottom and right hand side of the door stick out quite a bit. I wasn't expecting perfection but it looks really bad. Other than that the door has large gaps and sloppy cuts. The hardware seems to have been installed before stain was applied and stain hasn't been applied to all surfaces. I expected more. Love these chairs and wanted so badly for them to work out! I ordered six chairs but only assembled one. Assembly was very easy and quick. The chair I thought was going to be too short, but it was actually a perfect fit for sitting at my table. The only sad issue is that I have a lip under my table which prevents an armed chair from clearing underneath. Because my space is too small to allow the chairs to sit away from the table, I regrettably have to return them. (. Wayfair is simply wonderful and FedEx will pick them up from my home. I ordered new chairs from Wayfair, this time being mindful of the table clearance. Furthermore, the wood grain and fabric are very nice! The chairs look high end very similar to some I found in a high end furniture store. These are quality chairs! Worst customer service ever. Contacted manufacturer and they indicated they did have a replacement and shipped it out. Wayfair customer service is a joke.
