Ordered this king bed frame and the following week it was delivered on the date promised. Delivery was to the door. Bed box was heavy but no issues getting it inside. Assembly was easy, all pieces were included and no damage to any of them. Everything was accounted for including the hardware. One issues we ran into was alignment of screws on the back of the headboard. With lots of pressure it did finally align and screws went in no problem. The room for this new bed was empty so there was plenty of room for the parts for the new one when putting it together. Assembly took 2 of us about 90 minutes. The instructions were clear; followed step by step with no issues. We added a 10” mattress which fit snug.. Kathy. Calabash, NC. Thu Oct 22 2026

The frame is very sturdy, and the product was not difficult to assemble, although there were many parts involved, which takes quite a bit of time to complete the assembly. Unfortunately, the drawer fronts are warped, and the drawers slide too easily because there are no tracks or closures to keep them securely in place. There are also no mattress slide guides, so the mattress may shift. Overall, the frame is solid, but the drawer design and lack of mattress guides could be improved.. Carol. US. Tue Jul 28 2026

Great quality and very sturdy bed! We have an 11.5-inch mattress, and the lift-up mechanism works really well. It is smooth and surprisingly easy to lift, even with the mattress on it. The headboard feels solid and well made. I especially love the white oak color—it looks beautiful and matches our tongue-and-groove wood ceiling perfectly. My 19-year-old son assembled the entire bed by himself. He said the assembly wasn’t particularly easy, but he was able to complete it without any help.
