I like this and I am small enough fit through the gate, but my elderly father has trouble with it and his caregiver has trouble fitting through it and opening and closing it. My dog is 15 pounds and can’t get out of it, so that is the best part. Perhaps my Dad’s caregiver will figure out how to open and close it. This gate is exactly what I was looking for. I had a tension kind previously and it was constantly needing to be readjusted and people had to step over the bottom bar. , it was so frustrating! This one has no bottom bar, securely screws into a wall or the wood on my deck. It automatically closes and is easy to open,.
