Only reason it didn’t get 5 star is part of the edge won’t stay flat no matter what we try. It’s too much hassle to return it so we shift that to the back of the room where there’s less traffic. This is a really beautiful, thick rug and looks far better than pictured because the colors are just a little bit brighter. The border is actually a dark brown, so the rug goes well with my brown velvet couch. I also like the mildly distressed look. I have never been disappointed by a Karastan rug and like every other one I've ever had, this one looks like a very high-end choice.
