I liked the chair very much. It’s nice looking and very comfortable. I only have one problem with it, it’s very hard to put down the leg rest. I’m 75 years old and once I put the leg rest up I couldn’t get it back down. My son had to come over and put it down. The chair reclines if you lean back with pressure or by turning the knob underneath the seat. The footstool can be used 2 ways by turning it which is lovely when I need to rest my legs with added support. The chair was packaged so nicely. Each piece was wrapped carefully so there was no messy packaging Styrofoam when the box was opened.
