The set of replacement bar stools was in perfect condition! I love the chairs, but I will admit that I have to get used to the fact that they do not automatically return to their original position when you stand up! However, the first set of chairs I received were obviously returned by a previous customer; they had been partially unwrapped with hardware removed and loose in the box, and there was a large dent in the back of one of the chairs. In addition, the stain on both seats was not applied correctly and visibly damaged. These chairs were the worst thing in the world to put together the holes didn’t align or legs properly. The only reason I was able to get these all put together is because my dad drilled larger holes in like all of the legs. These wasn’t a single chair that’s legs aligned well.
