Love this outdoor office space. It was simple to put together and follow the instructions. Insulated very well. I installed an LVP floor inside after putting it together. The whole thing took probably 6 hrs with two adults. The only downside (and design flaw) is the window. The outward swinging window doors is the absolute worst. Knowing that people are likely to add an AC/Hearing unit to this, and if they don’t want to put in a mini-split, what’s the next reasonable thing people will put in? A window unit! But guess what?! Because they decided to do a worthless outward swinging two door window, you can’t! The designer of this product failed big time. They should have made the window kit a single hung, up and down slider so almost ANY AC unit could be put in. Our patio is very nice but it was in need of a 'structure'. I've always loved the tiki bar vibe and margaritas so we decided to turn this into just that. I read the reviews prior to purchasing and I'm glad I did. While most reviews were positive, there were some things mentioned that were a little concerning. Quite a few people mentioned they were missing parts/pieces, others mentioned it took more than 2 people to assemble as there are a lot of parts and pieces. Every time we moved on to another section I held my breath that everything would be there. Only my husband and I assembled this and it took us about 2 days. We didn't work on it consistently but it is quite a job. One thing you should note if you buy one...when looking at the instructions be sure to pay attention to the orientation of it in the pictures. It is sometimes hard to tell if you're looking at the front or back. We are still in the process of getting it set up the way we want (signage, chairs etc.) but look forward to entertaining and using it for such an event. Side note: Included should be a bottle opener AND paper towel holder but my paper towel holder was missing. This recliner came really fast. It comes in one huge box and there’s minimal assembly. You put the back on and push into place. There’s 2 side pieces that go on the back as well. Then you screw the handle on. They give you an Allen key to screw the handle on and it’s big and awkward and very frustrating to do. I just used my little hand drill. The leather is a true chocolate, brown, glossy soft and supple beautifully made aesthetically pleasing looks very modernized and the silver long handle complements it. The back is very thick and flush, which is nice. I am 5ft 4 and I have a ton of room on this chair in my feet. Don’t even touch the ground. The only thing that I don’t like is how low the handle is again I’m small and petite and I can barely reach the handle. I have to lean over the chair. Other than that, I have no issues. It took a day to assemble. I hired the crew from Handy via Wayfair. I bought the sheet shingles for the roofing since it doesn’t come with the kit and they were able to place it. I paid for a concrete slab to be made for it. Overall the whole project was about 4500. I am located in Florida and I will have to strap it down in case of a hurricane and hope for the best.. Ivana. The shed will serve its purpose. But unfortunately quite a few of the pieces were damaged. (Photos attached) When building the shed there were even some screw holes that weren’t there. I’m very happy with this shed overall. It’s very well made, feels sturdy, and was a great addition to my outdoor patio. The modern design looks much nicer than most storage sheds, and the interior is surprisingly spacious. It easily holds all of my patio equipment and outdoor supplies while keeping everything organized. The only downside I found is that the roof leaked a little where the back roof panels meet the side walls. It was a minor issue, but I sealed the inside with expanding spray foam and applied exterior caulk along the outside seam. Since doing that, it’s been completely waterproof and has held up well against the elements. Which is why I have it 4stars instead of 5. Other than that small issue, I highly recommend this shed.
