I really wanted to love this sink, however the sink itself is nice but the drain system has given my installer fits for many hours as there always seems to be a leak around the drain components. This is the third black pyramid 60 inch rectangular wall mount bathroom sink that I’ve had and had to return the other two they were scratched and one was broken in pieces that I have to do a five star reading. They’re beautiful sinks and wafer. It was very quick to respond to give me another one, and and replace them as soon as I contacted them. It was a great experience, but unfortunately, you know two of them were broken. There was nothing that anybody could do about that. All in all they are really good and standby. The little features like side shelves, internal shelves for making drinks, bottle opener etc are fantastic! I also really loved the ability to split the cooler in half with a divider panel. It allowed me to organize which drinks were kid friendly and which were not. The design is modern and it was very easy to assemble. My only critique is everyone who approached this initially was confused on how to open it (center front there are two indentations near the middle for your fingers to lift the top covers) and kept ripping the front bar off. This is very attractive on its surface but if you live in North America the plumbing components do not align with North American standards and my plumber basically had to rig the set up and buy all new parts. The parts are plastic, flimsy and again are different sizes than needed. It also failed to come with the valve for the glass rinser, and to make matters more fun! This product is not eligible for support from Wayfair. Sadly I have already cut out my counter top to the size of this sink and Wayfair will not return nor support in making this sink work in our space.
