Received quickly and in great condition. Will update review once installed. Update - Looks great! Installation was a little fussy, but that was because there were no studs where I needed to put the brackets. I had to get some drywall anchors and the local hardware store didn’t have any that the included screws would work with, so I had to get slightly smaller screws. The only difference is that the heads of the screws don’t fill the space in the brackets as well. It’s really not noticeable though, so not a big deal. Our contractor still has to install some trim underneath the bar and said he’ll fix the extra holes for me when he does that. Tube is good quality, but the brackets and end caps with screws are poor quality. The end caps were both loose and easily falling off, and the middle bracket was warped (see photos). Also, I ordered the satin stainless steel color BUT the gold color was shipped to me. I just requested a replacement for the hardware packet, hope to receive soon, if the replacement has issues, then I will return the item. Very frustrated. It took me a long time to find something that would hold my Ashiatsu bars! These brackets (while quite pricey) look so stylish! My 1.5” diameter dowels fit perfectly through the holes. The bracket holes even have a place for a little screw to hold dowel in place, but I didn’t need it. I painted the dowels and they’re staying in place pretty snug. Very happy with these!. Diy Gal.
