This is a great idea and it would look much better if I wasn't the installer. Good news is that there is more if I decide to work on it more. I ordered it because I live alone and the open glass unnerved me at night. I have a shade but can't put it lower than the center because I can't let my cat reach it. This window film is very thick. It gives a lot of privacy. Light filters through, but only blurry shapes are visible. Application was simple on a clean window. We dampened the glass, positioned a slightly oversized piece of this product, squeegeed out the air bubbles, trimmed the excess with a hobby knife, and squeegeed one last time.. Belle.
