This roll-up vinyl shade features quarter-inch slats that softly filter light while also offering privacy. The cordless operation makes them safe around children and pets. Included strap fasteners make rolling the shade to any desired height easy, simply connect one end of the fastener to the front of the blind, roll up the end of the blind to the desired height, then wrap the fastener around the roll and clip to secure. Blind can be rolled in either direction. Hanging hooks can be used for inside mounts or outside mounts. All hardware and instructions are included.

quality depends on what purpose you may be using the blinds. I brought them to cover my patio doors, as my other shades were outdated and broken. I rated them 4 stars for two reasons one inserting them in to the metal end cap provided can be very difficult and time consuming. lastly the blinds prevent most sunlight from coming in; which means privacy has to be compromise when shades are open.
