The culms of this bamboo are used extensively in Japanese woodworking and are excellent for indoor and outdoor decoration. Our Timor black timber bamboo poles come in an average of 2-3 inches in diameter. They are made up of a thick wall of heavy bamboo and are crack-resistant. Color and actual diameter will vary due to the natural material. We cannot guarantee a specific diameter of each pole, only that they will be between the diameter of 2-3 inches. Bamboo poles may also have different diameters at either end, this is due to the way bamboo grows.

I have used this for a completely different purpose. I love the way it looks, but it is pretty wimpy. It serves its purpose that I need really well. I’m not sure how well it would stand up to plants. It might break apart pretty easily under the weight of that.. Cindy. Saint George, UT. Sat May 02 2026

Immerse yourself in the calming presence of lifelike bamboo and effortlessly elevate your interior decor to new heights. Order now and indulge in the splendor of nature, re-imagined for your comfort and enjoyment.

Wayfair was excellent about seeing the damage to the order and sending a new one. Unfortunately it took the fourth time to get one that wasn’t damaged. The design is beautiful. The bamboo comes in a perfect height for the dimension of the box. The only two things I would be critical to not give it a five star is the odor of the lacquer they put on the bamboo is very strong smell and as of now, I still can’t get the smell out of it and the quality of the container it’s a black square box is not very high-quality, but visually not looking too close to the box close up it really is attractive I also like the idea that if I don’t want to place the bamboo in the box, it looks good without or with it.. This bamboo door curtain presents a practical solution for keeping flying insects out of the house, but it can also be used purely decoratively. Its dense bamboo stems not only keep out insects but also provide privacy and heat insulation, while still keeping your entrance easily accessible.

This fits over the outside of our front door - I likethe look and sound headed out onto our wood paneled front porch. I love being able to keep the front door open for breeze. So much nicer than the plastic magnetic fly curtains - It seems to be effective with the bugs although this has been a less buggy summer than usual. My only issue: The beads taper in size towards the bottom and are quite fragile - hopefully it will hold up for many seasons.. Catherine. Seattle, WA. Sat Jul 25 2026

Rustic split bamboo slat fences have been used for centuries in many regions of the world where bamboo is available. It can be used on its own or attached to cover a chain link fence for added beauty and privacy. They are inexpensive and easy to install. Bamboo slats or split bamboo fences are woven together with black nylon coated wire, as opposed to other split bamboo slat fences in the market that usually tie their fences with bare metal wire exposing unsightly metal and rust. The fence is semi-opaque, which provides some privacy. The unique color of the bamboo slats makes it one of the most gorgeous and striking, looking bamboo fences on the market today. The bamboo slats we use are about 1/2" wide. They are packed in a roll for convenience in shipping and setting up. Due to the natural material used, the color will vary and may not look exactly like the photos shown. These fences are not solid, and you WILL be able to see through them.
