Before using our sauna backrest, please briefly assemble the headrest. First, adjust the height and angle to your preference. Then align the holes and tighten the screws by hand. Important Tips: Our upgraded screw design allows for tool-free installation—simply tighten with one hand, no wrench needed. For smooth angle adjustment, gently tighten the screw just until it engages; there’s no need to turn it in deeply. The headrest is only fully secure when you’re leaning against the backrest.
