These days we can't seem to get enough grain sack fabrics, so this pillow cover is one of our all-time favorites! It's the perfect look for a fresh farmhouse bedroom. We chose a beautifully textured cotton fabric with a substantial weight, yet soft hand-feel for the Market Place fabrics. A trio of 3-grain sack stripes in a soft run in an east-west direction across the pillow cover makes a striking contrast against the natural cream tone. The cover reverses to the same design with two natural wooden buttons for closure and a 3 overlap of fabric at the opening. The overlap of material provides more stability for the buttons and greater durability for the cover. One extra button is sewn inside the sham. (Just in case!) The feel is soft and drapy unlike my other linen which are bouncy. I expected that this item would include the certification attesting that it is 100 percent linen but it does not even have a logo.
