Beautiful Blanket, But Time Will Tell This is a really nice-looking blanket with a soft feel and a beautiful woven texture. The color is exactly what I was hoping for, and it looks great draped over my couch as both a functional throw and a decorative accent. My only concern is durability. Right out of the package, I’m already noticing some fuzzing/pilling, so I’m a little worried about how it will hold up after washing. I haven’t washed it yet, so I can’t speak to its long-term quality, but it does make me question whether it will wear well over time. Overall, it’s a nice blanket, but I’m not convinced it’s worth the premium price. At around $25–$30, I would think it’s an excellent value. Unfortunately I was not to happy with the quality of this product. The material was thin and overall rather flimsy. I consider the price way to high for the quality received. Another issue is that the blanket wasn't in any packaging except for the mailing bag. It was squeezed into the bag with no additional packaging to protect it. Also no tags on the blanket or receipt was included. It was almost as if it was returned and was never repackaged properly. While I love ordering from Wayfair and enjoy all my purchases, I will be hesitant to order from Laural Homes again. It would make a nice gift that any recipient would be pleased with and it comes tied with a tan ribbon . As a comparison shopper I do think a similar blanket could be found for 10-15 less at popular department stores . I bought this with reward dollars I earned from a previous purchase . I personally like a more firm weighted blanket but they are hard to find . *Note The only con , that seems more odd than anything is there is empty space between the printed pinecone and sherpa sides which are sewn together around the edges .
