Ball Mason Jars

Mason jars, or canning jars are great for canning fruits and other perishables, pickling, and for plating artisanal drinks. These jars are freezer safe for eighteen months! They are also BPA free. The sturdy glass material will last through season after season of canning. There are various easy methods of sealing these jars, such as with wax, a vacuum pack, or a water bath.
