Update the replacement parts arrived earlier than expected and I didn’t have any problem putting it together after that. I especially like that there’s a little pocket on the hammock. I accidentally submitted this review too early. The chair arrived about a week ago, but parts of the stand were dented and can’t fit together. Nice swing overall. Wish the back cushion covered a larger area. Should chose if supported is needed at neck or head, not both. It’s little uncomfortable to sit longer. Putting this swing together was a bit challenging at first because a few of the screws seemed incorrect, but once everything was tightened with a wrench, it came together beautifully. The finished swing is sturdy, comfortable, and looks even better in person. It has completely transformed my balcony into a cozy little retreat. One thing I love most is how relaxing it is. You can genuinely fall asleep in it. My 8-year-old does almost every time he sits down to read or relax. The seat is a little lower than I expected, but that actually makes it very kid-friendly and easy to get in and out of.
